Improving Your Banking Experience!

At PremierOne Credit Union, we are constantly striving to improve the services and support we provide to our valued members. As part of this commitment, we are writing to inform you that beginning on Friday, September 27, at 6:00 p.m. PST and continuing through the end of day Monday, September 30, 2024, we will perform a system upgrade to a new and enhanced platform.  

 

Why PremierOne is Upgrading Their System

  • This upgrade will significantly enhance your experience with us and ensure that we continue offering the highest service level we are committed to.

What to Expect During the Weekend Upgrade

  • Credit Union operations will be unavailable until we complete the upgrade at the end of the day on Monday, September 30, 2024. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.  Our Call Agents will be available to assist with urgent questions.

  • We appreciate your patience as we go through this upgrade and kindly ask that you take note of the important dates below and plan accordingly.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Credit Union Operations will be unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 p.m. PST until the upgrade is complete at the end of the day on Monday, September 30, 2024.   

 System Update September

Our Online Banking, Mobile App, Branches, ATMs, and Shared Branching will be unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 p.m. PST until the upgrade is complete at the end of the day on Monday, September 30, 2024.

Your scheduled Bill Payments will be processed on time. However, scheduled transfers will not be processed during the upgrade, and should be submitted prior to the maintenance window or after maintenance is completed. We encourage you to take care of all your money movement needs, including Bill Pay, Transfers, and Zelle® prior to 6:00pm PST, September 27, 2024, and check account activity after the upgrade.

As we undergo our system upgrade, we will ensure that your transactions are posted promptly.

Debit, Credit and ATM Cards

System Update September

For your convenience, your debit, credit and ATM card will continue to work during this time. If you need to report a lost or stolen VISA® credit or debit card, please call 1.855.500.7128 (P1CU) available 24 hours a day. We remind you that as part of your membership benefits, you can access over 30,000 ATMs nationwide, including many 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and Costco stores.

Automated Phone Banking

System Update October

Our automated telephone banking system will no longer be available after the system upgrade on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. For your convenience, we have digital banking services to meet all your financial needs, and we encourage you to download our Mobile App today or contact us for assistance.

New Look for Account Statements


Beginning November 1, you will notice a new look to your account statement. Your new statement was designed using color, bold text and a more spacious and modern design to highlight important information. Your activity is also divided by account type to make it clear and easy to read.
